Hello, lovely humans! 💛 Welcome to Pip & Sprout. By browsing or shopping with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Don’t worry, we kept it short, sweet, and full of love.

1. Who We Are

Pip & Sprout is an Aussie-based small business creating adorable, high-quality baby bibs and accessories. All our products are designed with love and care, just like the little humans who wear them.

2. Shopping With Us 🛒

  • When you buy from Pip & Sprout, you promise you’re old enough to enter into this agreement (18+ in Australia).

  • Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.

  • We try to keep stock counts accurate, but sometimes our cute little items sell faster than we expect. If something sells out after you place your order, we’ll let you know ASAP and offer a refund or alternative.

3. Payments 💳

We accept payments via Shopify Payments, PayPal, Afterpay, and other methods offered at checkout. All payments must clear before your order can be shipped.

4. Shipping & Delivery ✈️

  • We ship within Australia (and sometimes beyond!). Delivery times are estimates only.

  • Pip & Sprout isn’t responsible for delays once the parcel leaves our hands, but we promise to help track it down if it goes on a little adventure.

5. Returns & Exchanges 💌

  • We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Our bibs are loved and snuggly, and we hope you love them too!

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please let us know within 7 days and we’ll sort it out with a replacement or refund.

6. Intellectual Property 🌟

All content on our website (images, designs, text, logos) belongs to Pip & Sprout. Please don’t copy, share, or sell our work — we worked super hard on it!

7. Privacy & Your Data 🐣

We respect your privacy. Any personal info you provide is used only to process orders, improve our service, and occasionally send you a little love note or special offer.

8. Limitation of Liability ⚠️

We make our products with love, but Pip & Sprout can’t be held responsible for accidents or mishaps when your little one is wearing our bibs. Always supervise babies when using any product.
