Changed your mind?
We totally understand — it happens! But as our goodies are made with love and care for your bub, we can’t accept returns for change of mind.
Is your item faulty or damaged?
No worries! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or something went a bit sideways with your order, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your parcel at hello@pipandsprout.com.au and we’ll make it right. We may ask for a photo so we can fix it as quickly as possible!
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer exchanges, but we’ll always do our best to help if there’s a problem with your order.
Shipping back to us
If a replacement or refund is approved, we’ll let you know the easiest way to send your item back.
